March 8-9,2008 – Narvacan
The 18th local government beneficiary of the JCS Medical Mission was the progressive municipality of Narvacan in partnership with the U.S.-based Worldwide Narvacaneans (WWN) that benefited 1,268 mostly poor patients of whom 629 were adults, 361 pedia,211 dental and 67 ophtha and 33 x-ray/ECG.
Dr. Audie Narcise is the Chief of the Central District Hospital where the mission was held. The Worldwide Narvacaneans inaugurated a Medical Emergency Response Center which thegroup donated beside the hospital.

The upland municipality of Suyo became the 17th overall local government beneficiary of the JCS Medical Mission held on February 29, 2008. 1,079 patients of mostly indigent families were treated, composed of 833 medical, 633 pedia, 103 minor surgery, and 89 for dental.
